I think of all the shows J.J. Abrams has produced that have gone snooker loopy, “Felicity” is an odd case. Shows like “Alias”, “Fringe”, or even “Lost” have all had elements of science-fiction or mysticism in them, so THOSE shows going snooker loopy was merely emphasizing one element over the others. “Felicity”, meanwhile, was a simple show about a girl falling in love and going to college (and making the odd terrible decision). So bringing in magic (or should I say magick) and time travel is especially odd in this case.
