Not gonna lie: after how long “Edgar Allen Woe” went on, I need to blow off some steam before I do “Eddie Van Helsing Christmas”. So just a head’s up, the next month is probably gonna be non-stop nonsense. Hope you enjoy it.
Some notes:
– Plant-life is in honor of the Beaverton location of Powell’s Books, which really is next to an Old Navy and a Mac Store.
– I’m obviously ribbing “Fifty Shades of Grey”, and on a recent trip to Boston I remember seeing it available in the airport book stores, and seeing a forty-something mother reading it in front of her teenage sons. Again, takes some of the thrill out of your smut.
– Hey! Passed the Bechdel Test without even trying in this comic…which, really, is the only way to pass the Bechdel Test: don’t think about it.
