One of the things that unfortunately fell by the wayside last year was my experiments with “Ziptone Paintings”, where I make proper art pieces out of old fashioned, hand-applied, hand-cut ziptone. Thanks to a new process with my printer at home, I found a way to make my own out of clear adhesive sheets. The piece below is one of my first attempts and I think it turned out pretty good. What you see is all in-camera, with no digital touch-ups.
Doesn’t have a title yet though. Was thinking of “Valley of the Recessed Gums” or something in that vein. I turn 30 in two weeks, so I’ve had aging on my mind.
