Hey guys! Hope you had a good Single Awareness Day. Okay, so here’s the deal.
I hate to admit it, but I over-stretched my hand. I’ve been working on the first bound “Oh Goodie!” volume for the past month to have it ready in time for C2E2. It’s almost done, I just need to put some finishing touches on it and send it off to the printer. And the next batch of comics I actually have halfway done. But then I ended up working 36 hours at my job (which is more than usual) and to cap it off I got the flu last night and woke up with a really bad cold tonight.
I NEED to get the book in this week or it won’t be ready in time for C2E2. And I don’t want to half-ass the comics I had planned and go below the standard I’ve set for myself recently. So I’m going to spend the week making sure the book gets finished and sent off and pick up where I left off next monday. It’s funny; I actually don’t regret taking the website to 7 days a week, but the book HAS hampered progress somewhat. And that issue will be resolved once it’s completed.
