Side note with today’s post, I’m sure most of you have heard that Apple CEO Steve Jobs passed away yesterday. Geeks everywhere are appropriately saddened, and I’m no exception. I’ve run “Oh Goodie!” almost exclusively through my humble little Macbook ever since starting it, and it’s never let me down. My heart goes out to Steve’s friends and family.
…But what I’m even MORE saddened about is the loss of legendary character actor Charles Napier. If you’ve seen a movie, TV show, or watched his cartoon in the last twenty to thirty years, almost guaranteed you’ve seen him or heard his voice. I don’t want to live in world without Duke Phillips from “The Critic”.
