My friend Logan Mounts (son of the color raconteur Paul Mounts) issued a challenge on his Facebook page for ten random songs, saying he would cover the first ten suggestions. Getting in just under the cap, I suggested “Time Tonight” by John Frusciante, having just watched it in the Sad Panda video covering his Top 5 songs by the man. Imagine my surprise when Logan not only covered all ten songs (including my suggestion), but recorded and posted all ten within hours, including “Gangham Style” and the theme song for “Spongebob Squarepants”.
