My heart’s rate has been normal this week, but for whatever reason it still feels like it’s gonna beat right out of my chest (when I would sleep it would get REALLY distracting). Then out of nowhere I got this real stinging pain, so I went to get an EKG. Turns out I’m fine, but they gave me some Xanax if it persists. I HAVE been jogging a lot lately, perhaps my body’s just not used to it yet.
